The Upper Edelmans Historic 1 room school is open for
public viewing every third Sunday, May thru October, 1 to 4 pm, call the rental store for more information, 610-691-3070. There is no charge. The
Interior is restored to the early 1900 setting. Upper
Edelmans School is owned by Pleasing Valley
Charitable Foundation. We are interested in
talking to people who may have attended the
school or knows of someone who has, in order to
gather more history of the school. It is available for
group viewing. Call 610-691-3070 and ask Sandy or Leslie.
Directions to the school: take 191 north from
Stockertown about 3 miles, the school is north of
Edelmans on the left.
